The Integer Advisory consultancy team has worked closely with contractors and developers for over 12 years on a number of complex projects. Our main expertise is in the social and affordable housing sector, although our experience runs across a whole range of projects in education, waste, student accommodation and local authority accommodation. During difficult economic times, we understand that effective project selection and delivery is key to contractors and Integer Advisory helps our clients to choose projects carefully and deliver them effectively

We have worked closely with funders and investors for over 12 years. Our main expertise is the social and affordable housing sector and we help investors to find suitable organisations to work with on partnership projects and to analyse the effect that risks from investment in housing projects might have on forecast returns. Where partnerships are agreed, Integer Advisory provides financial and commercial advisory support to the investors and we have a clear focus on structuring deals in such a way as to generate an appropriate return on investment.
