The Directors of Integer Advisory Limited are very pleased to announce that Devonshires Business Advisory Services Limited has, this morning, completed a rebranding exercise and is now re-named ‘Integer Advisory’.
The company has completed the acquisition of 100% of the shareholding of Devonshires Solicitors so that Integer Advisory is now an independent consultancy which is entirely employee-owned. The Directors of the company are confident that this independent, employee-ownership model gives us the scope to grow by attracting new consultants and teams, adding to our consultancy offer in the housing, care and local government sectors.
The operational consultancy team remains unchanged and we are now well positioned to enhance the range of advisory services we provide to our clients from our Manchester office, which is also now the Registered Office for Integer Advisory.
The business will continue to be led by Mark Davies and Coralie Foster and we look forward to working with both existing and new clients and to growing the company through the recruitment of high calibre individuals and consultancy teams.
We are delighted to announce that Simon Rogers, until recently the longest serving ALMO Chief Executive in the UK has joined Integer Advisory as an Executive Associate.
Simon was instrumental in the establishment of Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing which he subsequently led as Chief Executive until December 2016. Simon led KNH to become one of the best performing housing organisations in the country with a sound reputation for innovation and value for money. KNH achieved IIP Gold in 2014 and are a Sunday Times Top 100 not for profit organisation.
Simon will now work with Integer to provide consultancy support to ALMOs, Local Authorities and others. As a qualified coach and mentor Simon will also lead Integer’s work in providing high quality mentoring support to Executives in the housing and other sectors.
