Biography

Ellen Little has provided financial and commercial advisory services and financial modelling support to private sector and public sector clients since 2001, and was part of the Ernst & Young LLP Infrastructure Advisory team until June 2010.

Her focus has been across the infrastructure sector and includes housing, education, health, courts, the blue light sector and street lighting. She has significant financial modelling and finance raising experience and has strong relationships with a number of active funders in the PPP marketplace. She has worked on schemes from inception through to operations.

In addition to her project finance skills, Ellen also has experience of performing financial reviews of operational schemes. These reviews have included assessing gains and losses as compared to projections and establishing opportunities for value engineering.
